The Mob Camp isn’t the best special province improvement in terms of its yields, but it does make Tier 1 units even cheaper than normal. Spells aside, the Tome of the Horde also provides some decent initial bonuses. If you’re looking to bolster your forces with even more token units, you can always count on Summon Irregulars. Other spells like Fury of the Horde and Blaze of the Horde allow you to make the most out of your Tier 1 units while the Houndmaster gives you a freebie Tier 1 unit at the start of each battle.
The main highlight here is Spawnkin, a Minor Race Transformation that grants units a 20% damage increase. The Tome of the Horde is a Tier 1 Chaos affinity Tome centered around turning weak token units into a powerful fighting force.
